TextRefine provides AI-powered text generation and enhancement services including:

• Text paraphrasing, summarization, and expansion
• Content improvement and enhancement
• Multiple tone and style transformations
• Translation and language processing

3. Free Usage Policy

We provide 5 free uses per day for all users. This limit resets daily and applies to both anonymous and registered users. Free usage is provided as-is without guarantees.

4. Subscription Plans

Pro subscription plans provide unlimited usage and additional features. Subscription billing is handled through PayPal with the following terms:

• Monthly plans: Billed monthly at $9/month
• Semi-yearly plans: Billed every 6 months at $45 (17% savings)
• Yearly plans: Billed annually at $60 (44% savings)

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. This policy exists because:

• Free usage is available every month for all users to try our service
• Users can test all features with the free daily quota before subscribing
• Subscription benefits are delivered immediately upon payment
• Digital services are consumed upon delivery

We encourage all users to thoroughly test our service using the free daily quota before purchasing a subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TextRefine for:

• Generating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits
• Automated or bulk processing without permission
• Any activity that could harm our service or other users

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

TextRefine is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their PayPal account, though no refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
